After installing Discord, please join our Discord at https://www.minecadia.com/discord. It should automatically launch Discord.

Once you have entered our Discord server, simply go to the #support channel by scrolling down on the left hand side. Then, click the appropriate reaction to open your ticket. A staff member will respond to you as soon as they can.
